ANTHONY CENTI
CEO
Anthony currently serves as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Onis Solutions. Anthony is the founder and vision behind the evolution of Onis. Prior to founding Onis, Anthony had a long career in the world of Fortune 100 firms including senior positions in AT&T, Bell Labs, Telcordia and Comcast. His career has spanned 35 years and is unique in that he has both led organizations of service providers as well as leading solutions as part of large consulting teams. Anthony received his Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and his Master’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson, both in Computer Science.
NEIL WEISS
CFO
Neil is the Chief Financial Officer/Member. His responsibilities focus on the diverse aspects of Onis Solutions financial requirements. Primarily, Neil handles all accounting and tax related matters. He has been practicing accounting for +45 years both in the private and public sectors. Neil earned a BA in Business Administration and an MBA degree in Marketing.

MIKE MARA
CRO
Mike joined Onis Solutions as President of the North American Region in December of 2017. He brings more than 25 years of experience in delivering end-to-end solutions and superior client relationship management to the Cable TV and Telecommunications industries. Mike has built wide and deep relationships with C-Suite leaders, decision-makers, and policy influencers who have helped shape these industries. In previous senior management roles at companies such as Rocky Mountain Internet, CSG Systems and Marchex, Mike was successful in driving profitable growth, developing high performing teams and consistently delivering to the client.
TROY HALFORD
President ONIS Software Technology Group
Troy is responsible for all aspects of enabling next generation software solutions leveraging the our smart digital platform capabilities as well as working with partners to establish our digital transformation ecosystem. Prior to joining Onis Solutions, Troy worked as a senior executive with industry leading software companies helping those companies create, grow and expand their reach into new customers and markets.
Troy's strong credentials in digital transformation adds new capabilities for Onis to expand it’s focus of offering highly innovative data powered solutions that enable customers to accelerate the scale and velocity of transformation by simplifying how Cloud, SaaS, IoT, SDwan can be monetized, managed & governed.

AUGUSTINE WALSH
COO
Augustine is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Partner for Onis Solutions. He is responsible for all HR, Recruiting, Sales and Marketing in Onis. Prior to joining Onis, Augustine was director of the Caribbean and Latin American region for ConceptWave/Ericsson. Before that he was a Director at CSG Systems Int’l with responsibility for the Time Warner Cable SBU. Augustine studied Economics and Philosophy at The University of Texas, Austin.

JAIME LUSK
CCO
Jaime is currently Senior Director of Solution Design and Business Analysis at Onis Solutions. She is responsible for all staff and program related activities for requirements and design.
Prior to joining Onis, Jaime was a Senior Manager at Comcast and a key contributor in multiple successful OSS programs. Jaime has led solution engineering projects for select Tier 1 clients in the North American Region for ConceptWave/Ericsson, as well as Fathom Solutions which was acquired by Cognizant.
Jaime attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she received her BS degree in General Engineering.
EDWIN SOLIS
President LATAM
Edwin leads Business Development and oversees partnerships across the Americas. He leads Onis’s services team in Caribbean and Latin American (CALA), managing people, processes, technology, providing the business and technical functions needed to successfully achieve customer satisfaction. Edwin brings a strong track record of building successful multiple companies, including TXM, and Management positions across Ericsson. Edwin has BS and MS degrees in Computer Science and e-Business from UAdeC and Tecnologico de Monterrey, with executive education at Harvard Business School.

AVRIL DE HOYOS
VP, Human Resources
Avril is responsible for ensuring the company's ability to meet business needs by managing our most valuable resource: our employees. She has +10 years of experience as a Human Resources Lead and Compensations and Benefits Specialist. She has held the positions of HR Coordinator at IKUSI Networks and Global Compensation and Equity Responsible at MSCI. Avril studied her BA in Organizational Psychology at ITESM in Monterrey, Mexico, her MS in Business Communication and Digital Media at Tilburg University in The Netherlands, and her MBA in Human Resources at TecMilenio in Monterrey, Mexico.

PATTI LEWIS
VP
Patti is Program/Project Management Practice Lead responsible for developing and leading a seasoned team of program and project management professional leaders skilled in strategy execution. She is an advisor to client executives on strategy deployment, operations, and performance improvement. Patti has over 20 years of business operations and program/project management experience executing strategic initiatives, integrating new products & services and optimizing business operations through standardization and automation. She collaborates well with cross-functional teams and Senior Leadership on fact-based decision making and delivers results. Patti has a BS in Business Administration, Accounting and a Master of Finance. She has an Advanced Master Certificate, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a Professional Certificate, Project Management & Business Analysis.
LUZ DE LA GARZA
Marketing Director
Luz is currently the Marketing Manager for Onis Solutions. She is responsible for developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives, as well as brand management and corporate identity. Luz has been Head of the Communications department at Nemak and Communication Consultant Advisor at CEMEX with +20 years of experience in the area of internal communications, marketing, public relations, event organization, customer service and graphic design. She studied her BS in Communications at the Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico.
ASIM RAZVI
VP, Data Management
Asim Razvi has been focused on Business Intelligence for the last 20 years, currently, as the head of the Data Strategy for Onis Consulting, he leads the analytics and data approach for strategic accounts. He brings a wide background across Media, Communications and Finance to Onis and has built Business Intelligence practices for PwC, Cognizant and Accenture. Asim was formerly the Head of Education and Research for TDWI where his focus was to rebuild the TDWI brand through alignment with Analytics, Big Data and Cloud thought leadership

DIEGO MARTÍNEZ
Finance Director
As our Finance Director, Diego is responsible for supervising accounting staff, developing financial strategies, implementing accounting policies and managing tax compliance. He has +10 years of experience as a Tax and Financial Accountant and performed as a Senior Accountant at EY for 6 years in Mexico City and Monterrey. Diego has a BS in Public Accountant and Finance from Universidad del Valle de México.
